At PLENO, we are committed to delivering high-quality products, services, and experiences. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Services & Appointments

All services, treatments, and experiences (including but not limited to sueroterapia, tratamientos, consultas, cámara hiperbárica, tinas de hielo, BrainTap, and protocols):

  • Are non-refundable once booked and paid.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in loss of the session without refund.

2. Packages & Memberships

  • Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Expiration dates may apply depending on the service purchased.
  • Exceptions may be considered only under medical or exceptional circumstances.

3. Physical Products (Supplements & Skincare)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Once approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos and order details
  • We will offer a replacement or refund

PLENO does not guarantee specific outcomes, as each body responds differently.
